Because the permanent magnet synchronous frequency conversion motor for QTVF series mills is a direct-drive AC motor, no reduction gear (such as a reducer) is required when driving load equipment. Therefore, this method of motor selection is based on the power of ordinary asynchronous motors. Types are different. The permanent magnet synchronous frequency conversion motor for QTVF series mills should be selected according to the rated torque.
Specific steps are as follows:
★ Determine the speed regulation range: the maximum speed of the motor ≥ the maximum speed required by the load equipment (the mill is based on the gear ratio of the large and small ring gears, or the ratio of the diameter of the pulley, the speed of the drum, etc.). This product can adjust the motor speed according to user needs to achieve the most ideal use effect.
★ Determine the power of the load equipment. The newly installed equipment can be selected according to the power required by the factory design. The maximum operating power of the motor ≥ the power required by the load equipment.
★ Determine the driving torque required by the load equipment; calculate the driving torque required by the load equipment based on the power and speed of the load equipment.
★ According to the principle that the rated torque of the motor ≥ the driving torque required by the load equipment, select the most suitable rated torque from the series of motors.
★ Determine the power supply voltage (380V, 660, 6000V or 10000V). If the voltage in the place of use is special, please explain it in time and communicate with our company’s technical department.
★ Determine the motor model according to the selected performance parameters.
★ Determine whether the selected motor is convenient to install according to the overall dimensions of the motor in the parameter table.
★ If the installation is convenient, the motor model has been determined and the product selection is complete.
